glass: Oils, acrylics, oil bars, encaustic, collage, mixed
media, glass assemblage, watercolor on canvas |

 | 4) Jewelry & wearable art |
 | 5) 3-Dimensional: pottery, clay, sculpture, assemblage,
glass, carvings (not mounted to canvas or masonite) |

 | Fees:
 | Early registration: $25.00 per category, for 1 to 5
pieces If registering for more than one category, subsequent
categories are $25.00 each for 1 to 5 pieces. |
 | Late registration: $50.00 per category, for 1 to 5 pieces
If registering for more than one category, subsequent categories are
$50.00 each for 1 to 5 pieces. |
 | Patrons’ Party: $5.00 per advance ticket. Wine is extra
and sold by the glass. |
 | Handling Fee: All sold art work (cash, checks, charges)
will be subject to a 10% fee to be paid by the artist. |

 | Information: All artwork must be original art (no prints or
giclees). Once all applications have been processed, you will receive
an artist’s packet with: information on times of show set-up,
postcards to distribute, title cards for artwork, name cards and other
pertinent information. Your display location will be determined by the
show committee. Artwork will be placed by category. All artists who
wish to exhibit in the Spring Art Show must be pre-registered. You
will be required to have all your artwork labeled before you arrive at
the venue for check-in. You are also responsible for removing your own
artwork (or assigning a friend/relative to do so with a note signed by
you) after the show closes on Sunday. Refunds of fees paid will be
made if cancellations are received prior to May 16. |
