Once all applications have been processed, you will receive an artist’s packet with more information on times of show set-up, postcards to distribute, title cards for artwork, name cards and other pertinent information. Your display location will be determined by a random drawing. All artists who wish to exhibit in the Spring Art Show must have pre-registered by the February 15, 2006 deadline. You will be required to have all your artwork labeled before you arrive at the venue. You are responsible for replenishing your own display throughout the show as artwork sells.

We are looking forward to another successful Spring Art Show - an exhibit of original, creative, fine works of art. You don’t need to bring a lot of art—just bring your best, most recent, original work.

The center panels are 6 ft. wide x 4 ft. high (24 sq. feet) - $30.00 each
The side panels are 4 x 4 feet useable space (16 sq. feet) - $20.00 each (bottom 2' not to be used)
If any one artist wants to buy one entire grid - $100.00)
For three-dimensional art - exhibit space will be $20.00 for up to four pieces. If 3D art is large (over four feet in any dimension or 100 lbs maximum) only two pieces may be entered for $20.00. 3D art will be displayed in the foyer on the steps or on the stage.
